The most prestigious nature photography exhibition in the world, featuring the 100 winning shots from the 60th edition of the competition organized by the Natural History Museum in London, will be presented for the first time in Milan, simultaneously with the London exhibition, which will feature the images awarded on October 8, 2024.

The spectacle of nature will be displayed at the prestigious new venue, Museo della Permanente (via Filippo Turati 34), from November 22, 2024, to February 9, 2025, with an extraordinary and technologically advanced setup. The photographs, displayed on large panels, will offer exceptional clarity and depth thanks to LED backlighting, providing the audience with an immersive and ‘living’ experience of nature.

Organized as usual by the cultural association Radicediunopercento, chaired by Roberto Di Leo, the exhibition will bring together the winning and finalist photographs from the competition, selected from 59,228 entries from 117 countries. These extraordinary images document the wonders of nature, from animal behaviour to endangered species, surprising details of the plant world, and unprecedented glimpses of untouched landscapes, as well as frontline reports on climate change and the biodiversity crisis. The exhibition is a call to preserve the planet and encourage modifying human actions that continue to shape the environment, moving toward a sustainable future.
