Johnson Controls is hiring a Marine Project Coordinator based in Cinisello Balsamo, Lombardy, Italy on a permanent full-time basis.

The Marine Project Coordinator collaborates closely with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering to support activities from the sales stage through project execution for both newbuild and refit projects, reporting to the Global Marine and Navy Business Unit Leader in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer and tender qualification activities in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Support order booking activities and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate the order confirmation process with Sales and Operations to ensure timely handover to execution.
- Prepare security documentation for shipyard access and project execution.
- Support the Cash Collection team in managing past-due invoices for selected customers.
- Enter project orders into the ERP system and maintain data accuracy.
- Support supplier qualification and certification processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant or Project Assistant.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with building automation systems.
