WWF International is hiring a Manager, People Analytics to support strategic workforce planning and organisational effectiveness through the development of people analytics frameworks, workforce insights, and evidence-based reporting. The role reports to the Director, Operating Model and works closely with Senior Business Partners, HRIS, Finance, and wider People & Culture teams. It translates workforce and organisational data into actionable insights that support organisational design, workforce planning, talent strategies, and decision-making across WWF International and the wider Network.

The role covers six main areas of work. People analytics strategy and governance: developing and implementing a people analytics strategy aligned with organisational priorities, establishing a robust people-data and analytics framework, defining people metrics and governance practices across countries and functions, promoting a culture of evidence-based people management, and ensuring compliance with privacy, data protection, and ethical data use requirements. Workforce insights and reporting: designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and workforce intelligence tools for leadership, and producing regular reporting on workforce composition and demographics, DEI indicators, headcount and workforce costs, recruitment and time-to-fill, turnover and retention, absenteeism and wellbeing trends, engagement and employee experience, learning and capability development, and performance and talent indicators.

Strategic workforce planning: scenario modelling, workforce forecasting, organisational insights, analysis of workforce capacity, critical skills, succession risks, and future capability requirements, plus workforce impact analysis for restructuring, workforce redesign, and operating model implementation. HR data management and HR systems: partnering with HRIS, IT, Finance, and operational teams to improve workforce data quality and integrity, ensuring consistent data definitions and reporting standards globally, overseeing workforce data architecture and reporting automation, and improving self-service reporting capabilities. Employee experience and organisational effectiveness insights: analysing engagement, listening surveys, pulse surveys, and feedback data, identifying drivers of engagement, inclusion, performance, and retention, and partnering with Learning and Leadership Development colleagues to assess intervention effectiveness. Organisational transformation and change analytics: providing workforce analytics to support redesign and transformation initiatives, conducting workforce impact assessments related to restructuring, transitions, spans/layers, role changes, and workforce costs, supporting scenario planning, and monitoring transformation progress through people-related metrics.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Organisational Psychology, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or a related field; a Master’s degree or advanced analytical qualification is desirable. Candidates need significant experience in people analytics, workforce planning, HR analytics, or organisational data analysis, experience developing workforce dashboards and translating data into strategic insights, and (strongly preferred) experience supporting organisational design, restructuring, or workforce transformation initiatives. International, matrixed, and multicultural organisation experience is required; NGO or international development sector experience is desirable.
