Culina Group is hiring a Group Sustainability Coordinator at its Lutterworth, Leicestershire site in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis, supporting the Group’s sustainability journey across operations.

The Group Sustainability Coordinator works across the business to help track, improve, and deliver sustainability commitments, from emissions data to real-world operational projects. The role suits someone early in their career with a solid sustainability foundation (degree, internship, or similar) who is ready to step into a hands-on remit.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse sustainability data covering energy, emissions, waste, and fuel.
• Support delivery of sustainability projects across the Group.
• Help improve carbon reporting and data quality.
• Work with teams to embed sustainable practices into operations.
• Support compliance with frameworks such as SBTi, EcoVadis, and GLEC.
• Engage stakeholders and bring sustainability to life internally.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• Interest in sustainability and reducing carbon emissions.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards such as EcoVadis, SBTi, and GLEC.
• Desire to learn and continuously develop.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Full-time role based at Coventry Road, Lutterworth LE17.
