Full-time PADI Instructor

Casalay Divers, the in-house PADI Dive Center of Casalay Boutique Villas and Dive Resort, is hiring a full-time PADI Instructor in Puerto Galera, Mindoro, Philippines. The position starts on 1 October 2026, includes housing and meals, and is open to Philippines-based candidates (local or willing to relocate). Casalay Divers operates in one of the world richest tropical diving locations and welcomes guests from around the world.

Day-to-day responsibilities include teaching PADI courses from Open Water through Divemaster, leading guided fun dives in Verde Island Passage and surrounding sites, providing safe and personable service to dive guests, supporting the maintenance and turnover of dive gear, and contributing to the operations of a small, tight-knit dive team. The Instructor will work in a hands-on resort environment with a focus on guest experience, dive safety, and the long-term care of local reefs and marine life.

Required qualifications include an active PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification, the ability to teach in English, a positive and team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a remote tropical island setting on a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays). Spanish, German, Korean, or Mandarin language skills are a plus. Compensation includes a competitive monthly salary, with commissions on courses and retail sales, plus housing and meals at the resort.
