The World Sustainability Organization is hosting a free 30 minute webinar in which Paolo Bray, Founder and Director of Friend of the Earth and Friend of the Sea, gives an update on the organisation’s certification schemes and awareness work. The session covers Friend of the Sea certification for products and services that respect marine habitat, including sustainable seafood, and Friend of the Earth certification for products and services that respect natural resources, including sustainable agriculture.
It also addresses whether a company needs third-party certification, the certification standards and audit process, how to promote a certified product, and how certification can support conservation by increasing sales. It is aimed at sustainability and environmental managers, media professionals and journalists, and NGOs, conservation groups, bloggers and influencers.
