The role
Applications are open for 2027 Research Assistant positions with Rescue Center Costa Rica’s Sea Turtle Conservation Program, a 3-month field internship focused on monitoring and protection. The internship is perfect for biology and marine biology students and offers university credits with supervision, evaluations and certificate, and hour tracking (360 to 480 hours).
Responsibilities
- Night patrols on the beach
- Sea turtle monitoring and nest protection
- Scientific data collection
- Fieldwork in conservation
Salary and benefits
Includes housing, A/C, and meals.
Location and schedule
Costa Rica. Requires night work and physical activity.
