Description

GeoSystems Analysis, Inc., a Trinity Consultants team, provides expertise in soil, water, and ecological sciences. The organization supports multidisciplinary environmental projects across the Southwest, focusing on applied science and resource management.

This role supports wildlife and environmental projects by coordinating logistics, managing project information, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. The position works closely with internal teams, clients, and leadership to manage project workflows, budgets, and technical outputs across multiple assignments.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain project communication protocols with stakeholders
  • Track project goals, milestones, and task assignments
  • Develop budgets, scopes of work, proposals, and timelines
  • Monitor labor and expense budgets and address discrepancies
  • Implement QA/QC procedures and oversee deliverables
  • Train and mentor project staff to ensure consistency
  • Coordinate resource planning across teams and departments
  • Identify project deviations and initiate change orders
  • Ensure proper documentation and project close-out procedures
  • Promote collaboration across teams and disciplines

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in wildlife, biology, or related field
  • Three years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience planning and conducting wildlife surveys
  • Experience managing equipment and project logistics
  • Knowledge of project and financial management principles
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS and Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to coordinate teams and manage project risks
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work in remote field conditions
