About this event

A practical and reflective workshop on building confidence, adaptability, and long-term resilience in the face of stress and burnout, both individually and within a team. Participants work with a seasonal framework for growth drawn from nature’s cycles, alongside ideas from positive psychology, systems thinking, and regenerative practice. Through interactive exercises, each participant builds their own toolkit for handling change and uncertainty.

The workshop is led by Claudia Geratz, a positive psychologist based in Ireland whose work covers human flourishing, planetary wellbeing, and community resilience. She designed the session to support sustainable leadership in high-pressure, purpose-driven workplaces. It is part of WAN’s 2026 Professional Development Series, supported by the Reservoir Center for Water Solutions, and runs on Google Meet, with the link sent after registration.
