Shrimp Futures Scenario Planning Workshop: South Atlantic Part 1
About this event
Part 1 of a South Atlantic scenario planning workshop under the Shrimp Futures Initiative, which looks at the challenges facing shrimp fisheries in the South Atlantic and the Gulf. Participants develop short and long-term scenarios for the fishery, taking in climate-informed forecasts of the resource, community demographics, port infrastructure and other risks, and identify actions that hold up across those scenarios.
