CWA Cafe: Building Community Resilience through Climate Education, A Midwest Collaboration

SubjectToClimate presents on the power of regional collaboration to advance free climate education in the Great Lakes. The session looks at how interdisciplinary climate education connects environmental stewardship and community resilience across Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan, and shares adaptable, place-based, scientist-vetted resources that translate complex climate and environmental topics into actionable K-12 learning. Presenters are Katie Nahrwold, Illinois State Lead; Bridget Booth, Michigan State Lead; and Mike Aprill, Wisconsin State Lead, all of SubjectToClimate.
