Atlantic Plastics 2026: Third International Symposium on Marine Plastic Pollution
About this event
Atlantic Plastics 2026 is the third International Symposium on Marine Plastic Pollution, under the theme Arctic to the Antarctic. It follows earlier editions in 2021 and 2023. The draft programme has now been published, with around 100 presentations and 60 posters from more than 30 countries. The symposium is endorsed as a UN Ocean Decade activity.
Organiser: Icelandic Arctic Cooperation Network (IACN), with organising partners including PAME, UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission, ICES and GRID-Arendal
