Facilitation (90%)

  • Facilitate five full days of programming a week, Monday thru Friday, from roughly 8am-3pm. This breaks down to six hours of programming and 30 minutes of prep and 30 minutes of break down each day.
  • Assist Forest School Manager with conducting family conferences with each child’s family to develop rapport, advise parents of the child’s progress, and gain parental input into the child’s education plan.
  • Assist Forest School Manager to plan, organize, implement, and deliver an outdoor-based preschool program based on the enrolled children’s individual and group’s educational, intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs.

Administration (10%)

  • Assist Forest School Manager in maintaining accurate attendance and numbers reports.
  • Work in conjunction with the Education team to maintain organized education materials onsite. Participate in related staff activities, including but not limited to training, special programs, planning sessions, and staff meetings.
