Fitness & Adventure Tours

Kyle Suib Fitness and SEVENSEAS Media now offer fitness-centered and environmentally conscious weekend excursions. A must try for adventurers, hikers, swimmers, and those that need to get away but want to keep wellness in mind.  Groups are small and trips fill up quickly to be sure to reserve your spot ASAP! Prices include all hotels and equipment rental. Guests are responsible for their own transportation.

With a combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), cycling, hiking, yoga, outdoor sports, and fun at the beach, every trip is unique and tailored to the fitness level and preferences of the group. Look forward to discovering a new city and coming back toned and fully charged. Diet is also customizable to meet the requirements of all attendees. Whether detoxing or looking for ideal nutrition for peak performance, we will work with everyone.

July – Rehoboth Body Slam – three action-filled days filled with morning runs, boardwalk workouts, kayaking tours, beach volleyball, swimming, and sun! 

September – Shenandoah Fall Foliage Tour – Imagine a full-body workout with the best mountain top views on the east coast has to offer, winding trail hikes, and put your mind at ease in the serenity of the Shenandoah Valley. ​

November – Miami Beach Body – Get a kick-start to Holiday Season with a tan and tight abs. Sun, sand, and beach make a perfect backdrop for three days outdoor excitement.

These trips not only feel good but do good too!  A portion of the proceeds from each trip support a range of ocean conservation projects through the SEVENSEAS Media network.
