Alelí Tours is a small-scale ecotourism business located in La Parguera, southwest Puerto Rico. We provide tours to the bioluminescent bay as well as snorkeling, kayak and paddleboard tours. Our U.S. Coast Guard certified captain, Ismael Ramos, is a marine biologist and ecologist with over 30 years of experience. He is an avid sailor and enthusiastic tour guide. His knowledge will provide you with a different learningexperience about the ocean and its ecosystems.
